What is included in Monthly Premium?
Monthly Premium is $2,500–$4,000/month. It includes monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial statements, tax planning and tax compliance (one federal and one state return), a monthly KPI scorecard, tax reserve estimate, Loom explanation, and priority support. It also includes a monthly CEO brief, 13-week cash flow forecast, quarterly tax strategy review, weekly or custom dashboard, live monthly review, pricing, margin, hiring and expense guidance, and board-ready reporting when needed. Scope, entities, accounts, returns, states and reporting needs are agreed before work begins.
Are additional entities, returns, cleanup, AP or AR included?
Additional entities, returns and historical cleanup are scoped separately. Accounts payable and accounts receivable services are not included.
How do you communicate?
I use TaxDome for client messages and documents, with email and phone when needed. Monthly Premium includes Loom explanations, priority support and a live monthly financial review. Response expectations are agreed in the engagement.
